Each time he's been understanding, explains things in layman's terms, prepared us for future issues that could arise and what to look out for. He's gone above and beyond. Fixing wiring that was done wrong by the previous person and pinning up insulation that was starting to buckle in the unit. Last but definitely not least, he's been really kind and understanding when dealing with our busy household being messier than usual along with working around our 3yr old and 1 year olds naps times and random interruptions that come with the territory. Mark had some overnight issues with his home and still made us his first call and stop of the day after he has to drive all the way to Indy and back for his houses issue.
